By the late 90s, Markantonio's name had become synonymous with the most electrifying parties in Naples, while esteemed record labels such as Recycled Loops, Shake Rec, Tortured, Conform, and Superbra were captivated by his compositions. His collaborative EP "Fried Mix" with Davide Squillace in 1999 marked his formal introduction to the music industry, swiftly followed by "Appendix A," his inaugural release on the Southsoul Appendix label.

Markantonio possesses a discerning musical palate, perpetually attuned to the evolving landscape of techno. He is actually leading the charge in reviving the iconic Naples Techno sound with his upcoming releases in 2024. His latest tracks, known for their fast-paced rhythms and infectious grooves, are poised to make waves on major labels within the genre and through his own label, AnalyticTrail.
